Use your large spoon or trowel to scoop concrete into a plastic jack o lantern style pumpkin. Mix your concrete according to the package directions. You can use a mixture of just concrete alone or you can create what s called hypertyfa by adding perlite and peat moss to your concrete mix. Okay so there s two ways you can make your pumpkins.
